Typically multiple engine parameters relating to temperature, coolant flow, level etc are monitored in running condition.

A number of parameters like engine load, injection ratios need to be controlled during the test to parameterize the engine

The high resolution, simultaneous sampling, multi-channel data acquisition system finds application in engine test bed monitoring systems.

The protected, soft programmable range analog inputs and outputs of the VirtuIT data acquisition system can be directly interfaced with standard industrial sensors and actuators to perform these functions.

The standard LabVIEW (TM) compatible .Net DLL allows integration of the unit in a automated test environment. Ethernet connectivity allows easy connection of multiple modules to a single test run/monitor station to test multiple engines in parallel, increasing productivity without compromising traceability of results.
